Mrs. Hazel Carter was born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Fairburn, GA. Hazel has been teaching for over 8 years. She started with infants and progressed her way to being an elementary school teacher in a private school setting.
Hazel truly enjoys educating children. Discovering their unique personalities, offering her talents and desire for fun and wonderful memories.
Hazel’s favorite things to do are cooking, arts & crafts and braiding hair.
Learning is a lifelong passion for Mrs.Hazel.
